This document governs your use of the 9abon platform. By creating an account or placing a wager, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read this agreement carefully before registering. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the 9abon platform.
Access to 9abon is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
Each player may hold only one active 9abon account. Creating duplicate accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions is a breach of these Terms and will result in suspension.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of 9abon shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
9abon reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Any individual found to be under the age of 21 who has registered an account will have their account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR directives, and the matter reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.

Registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different names, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited. Violations of this policy will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances and bonus funds.
9abon reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilHealth ID) and proof of registered payment method. Players must cooperate fully with KYC procedures. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

9abon will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to maintain the security of their login credentials or has knowingly shared their account details with a third party.

9abon may impose deposit limits on individual accounts as required by PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines or as requested by the Player through the responsible gaming tools available in the account settings. Players may set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Increases to player-set limits are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.

Funds may be withheld or delayed in the following circumstances: ongoing KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, active account investigation, breach of these Terms, or receipt of a freeze order from a Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority. 9abon will communicate the reason for any withdrawal delay to the affected Player within a reasonable timeframe.
All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional offers made available to 9abon Players are subject to specific terms and conditions associated with each offer, as published in the Promotions section of the platform at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a Player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, applicable games, and time limits for each promotion are specified in the promotion terms. Failure to fulfill wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the expiry and forfeiture of the applicable bonus funds.
9abon strictly prohibits the exploitation of promotional offers through systematic strategies designed to circumvent the intended purpose of the promotion (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting"). Where 9abon has reasonable grounds to believe a Player is engaging in bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel related winnings, and suspend the Player's account pending investigation.
All games offered on the 9abon platform are governed by specific game rules published within each game's interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers. 9abon is not responsible for any losses incurred by a Player who did not understand the rules of a game prior to wagering.
In the event of a technical failure during a gaming session — including server disconnection, game glitch, or display error — 9abon's system records shall be the definitive source of truth for determining the outcome of the game and the applicable payout. 9abon will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve any disputed game outcome within a reasonable timeframe.
9abon reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of software malfunction, manipulation, or exploitation of a technical vulnerability. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned to the Player's wallet wherever technically possible.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9abon platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
9abon cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and PAGCOR in investigations relating to any of the above activities. Player account data and transaction records may be disclosed to these authorities without prior notice to the Player where legally required or permitted.
9abon is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming as a core operational obligation under its PAGCOR license. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, which are accessible through every registered Player's account settings:

All intellectual property on the 9abon platform — including but not limited to the 9abon brand name and logo, website design, game graphics, audio, software code, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive property of 9abon or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 9abon platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any 9abon intellectual property without the express prior written consent of 9abon.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 9abon shall not be liable for:
9abon's aggregate liability to any individual Player, in any circumstances and regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their 9abon account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any outstanding wallet balance may be forfeited in whole or in part, at 9abon's discretion, in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines.
Players may close their 9abon account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by submitting a written request by email. Prior to account closure, all outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be resolved. Any remaining genuine funds balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the 9abon platform, the Parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Players may contact 9abon's support team to initiate this process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days, it shall be submitted to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as the primary regulatory body overseeing 9abon's operations. Where PAGCOR's process does not apply or does not resolve the dispute, the exclusive jurisdiction for adjudication shall be the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
